I have spent the weekend celebrating my 30th birthday. I know wow already! People keep asking me "do you feel old", "does it make you sad".... No not really, what is more surprising is that I have 4 kids 6 and under by the age of 30. I have to say if I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing! Travis and I are going to be still "young" once our kids are gone. (Well maybe, my parents are in their 50's and they still have kids at home).
Friday night my Mom, Sister and sis-law threw me a 80's themed birthday party. It was so much fun and I can't believe all the time and love they put into it. The pictures will say it all!

Saturday night Trav had my mom and Dave come over to babysit the kids and he took me to the Melting Pot. I had no idea where we were going, needless to say I was SOOOO surprised!. It was so nice sitting in the quiet restaurant just the two of us talking and eating without any interruptions. Of course we came home right after we ate because we were to full to do anything else. We got home just in time to put the kids in bed! Lucky us right? My kids have the best grandparents, they showed up with pizza, crunch n munch, pretzels and stuff to make root beer floats.
I have the most amazing people in my life. When I re-read this post years from now I want to remember how blessed I was and how wonderful my life was at 30!
